I'm Krasimir Borisov, an IT professional based in Solihull, UK, specialising in Application Deployment, Endpoint Management, and Hybrid Environment Administration at Solihull College & University Centre.
With a Master of Science in Computer Science and over a decade of hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud services, I design and operate infrastructure that keeps thousands of users productive every day.
Outside the college walls, I build consumer-facing software: a fully native Android TV tracker and a cross-platform internet radio app, both designed with zero-cost backend architectures and real-world usability in mind.

A fully native Kotlin Android app for tracking TV shows. Replaced a £30/month AWS EC2 backend with a zero-cost architecture using the TVmaze public API and Room local database. Features live search, a drag-to-reorder watchlist, per-episode watched tracking with season progress, push notifications 30 minutes before air time, a season accordion UI, cast browsing, and a Person screen to explore an actor's full filmography.
A cross-platform internet radio streaming app for Android, built with Capacitor and Vanilla JS over a custom native Java foreground service. Streams from the Radio Browser API with a 3-server fallback, true background playback, MediaSession integration for car dashboards and smartwatches, and a full station discovery system across 14 music genres and 21+ countries. Favourites, custom station lists, and audio focus handling included.
Design, deploy, and maintain hybrid Azure and on-premise infrastructure for Solihull College, covering endpoint management, identity, compliance, and application delivery for thousands of students and staff.
